• Please don't worry if the fabric appears to shrink after washing. This is a natural characteristic of the fabric and it will return to its original shape after ironing.
  
• Iron on a low heat setting only.
  
• Do not use high heat or direct steam. When using a steam iron or garment steamer, use a low steam setting and keep a small distance between the steamer and the fabric to maintain its quality.

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary if incorrect contact details or address information are provided.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in full, unused, unworn, in original condition, and include the original RNAJ tag.

Return requests are processed through our website. Pickup is arranged within 48–72 hours after approval, and refunds are completed within up to 14 business days after inspection.

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
