2. Returns & Exchanges Overview

We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note:

  • Partial returns are not accepted (orders must be returned in full)

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible

3. Returns Policy

All return requests for online orders must be submitted through our website.

Once your return request has been approved, the process will be as follows:

  • Pickup is arranged within 48–72 hours

  • Returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse

  • Approved refunds are processed within up to 14 business days following successful inspection

4. Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible online orders within the 14-day return window.

Once approved:

  • The item will be collected for processing

  • A replacement item will be issued subject to availability and eligibility

5. Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must include the original RNAJ tag

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be rejected after inspection

RNAJ reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request based on the condition of the item upon evaluation.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees associated with return or exchange requests, unless stated otherwise.
