Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary if incorrect contact details or address information are provided.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in full, unused, unworn, in original condition, and include the original RNAJ tag.

Return requests are processed through our website. Pickup is arranged within 48–72 hours after approval, and refunds are completed within up to 14 business days after inspection.

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
